Job Listing [ My Profile ] [ View Job Cart ] [ Back to Results Page ] Account Manager Job Number: nest-00011955LC Sales Sales/Sales Services Edison NJ Manage retail operations at the corporate level, including store sales, distribution, pricing and merchandising, for large geographic area on day-to-day basis according to time and territory plan. Manage team of five to fifteen Retail Sales Representatives in attaining or exceeding current and long-term sales, distribution, and merchandising goals in accordance with established sales plans, programs, and budgets, utilizing experience in working with retail or broker team, with complete responsibility for retail development within assigned area, for account(s) with individual or collective value of at least $10 million. Evaluate team expenditures to make budget recommendations and recommendations to increase efficiency, utilizing experience in working in account team support function and utilizing experience in resolving logistics and supply issues. Utilizing experience in marketing and sales analysis of food products, establish and achieve retail sales goals and objectives, as well as design and execute marketing and sales programs. Manage analysis of pricing data to ensure that pricing guidelines are met with respect to promotional allowances and zone pricing. Conduct business reviews, including forecasting and account relationships, of retail operations. Coordinate recruitment, training and development, including performance review and goal setting, of companys retail personnel and outsourced brokers. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Finance or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or two years of experience in marketing and sales analysis of food products. Experience must include at least one year in each of the following: working with a retail or broker team with responsibility for account(s) with individual or collective value of at least $5 million; working in an account team support function; and resolving logistics and supply issues.
