Description

Must be detail oriented. Provide clerical and logistic support to the Service Center. Process Service Orders, maintain parts and logistic files, answer phones, generate and forward service center reports, interface with contractors and maintain office files. Interface with all levels of management, all employees of service center, store personnel and other company associates.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Handle incoming calls. 2. Generate service orders for dispatch to technicians. 3. Post completed service orders from technicians and contractors. 4. Post shuttle sheets from drivers for units shuttled out. 5. Perform parts room duties as assigned. 6. Assist customers with merchandise follow up. 7. Follow up on outside vendor / contractor calls. 8. Generate daily, weekly, monthly reports through PSMS system. 9. Daily follow up on warranty rejects. 10.  File as required and/or assigned. 11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Data entry / 10 Key skills @ 30,000 KSPH 2. Excellent phone and interpersonal skills. 3. Good organizational ability and able to handle multiple tasks. 4. Ability to work with minimum supervision. 5. Professional personal presentation
