Description: A Temporary Manufacturing Technician needed for OptoElectronic Components Company based in Ithaca, NY. This is a 2nd Shift position (3pm - 11:30pm) with training on 1st Shift Candidates should have previous experience working in a clean room environment using test and chip handling tools common to the microelectronics industry. This position will require repetitive visual inspection with a microscope. Math and computer/data processing skills and experience in production work are essential. Manufacturing experience and leadership skills such as the ability to load and balance line flow, drive equipment utilization and line throughput are desirable.
