Collections Customer Service

Our client is in need of a Mortgage Specialist to work in a call center environment in Columbia, MD. The selected individual will analyze legal documents, review mortgage filing, HUD-1 Settlement Statements, title insurance commitments, policies, endorsements and exceptions and will issue title policy. The Essential Job Functions include: - Reviewing title commitments, closing and Legal documents - Contacting customers to discuss outstanding issues on their title or closing documents and update system accordingly - Clear all expectations prior to closing - Obtaining Tax information from clients via email or phone - Quote title insurance and fees to the lender prior to closing - Obtain payoffs, payment histories, verification of employment, releases, etc. - Customer Service by email and phone  - Prepare loan documents - Arrange for borrower closings Shift will be either 9:30 - 6 or 10:30 - 7 Monday - Friday, and compensation will be determined by experience.
