Location/s: Washington, DC area Relocation: No Performance Profile: Successful candidates will have experience facilitating large-scale projects with familiarity in one or more of the following areas: Workforce Transition - Experience developing transition strategies for affected individuals, identifying role impacts on system implementations and designing new jobs, overseeing assessment and selection of workforce into new roles. Communication - Experience designing, facilitating and delivering stakeholder events, developing written and electronic presentation content, coordinating event-related logistics, and gathering quantitative data through survey tools and Microsoft Excel. Position specific requirements: - Candidates must be clearable; active clearance preferred - Minimum 3 years change management experience - Minimum 3 years afederal consulting experience - At least 3 years of previous work experience in a client delivery role with direct interaction with clients - 3+ years experience with Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access - Demonstrated 3+ years experience in developing written documentation for the various communications - BS/BA in human resources management, I/O Psychology, organizational development, public policy or fields related to above a Desired qualifications: - Experience supporting DOD clients preferred - Management, I/O Psychology, organizational Masters in human resources development, public policy or fields related to above - Professional certification or memberships (e.g., SHRM - SPHR/PHR, SIOP, IPMA About Deloitte As used in this document, "Deloitte" means Deloitte LLP and its subsidiaries.
