Job description SAP ABAP Senior Developers to lead the development teams in the design, development, testing, and release of the SAP software. Candidates must have ABAP RICE experience. Candidates must have 10 years experience in a SAP ABAP development role and at least 5 in a lead capacity. As the Development Lead this person will be responsible for managing a team of between 5-30 (onsite & off site developers). They will need to put together various strategy documents that serve as guidelines for the development effort. Additional responsibilities include mentoring and tutoring staff. This person may also be responsible for integration testing phases of the project and test problem resolution of custom development. Duties will include but are not limited to: Manage the development process efficiently. . Responsible for the custom development transport process and transport issue resolution. Manage on-site & off site developers. Functional Specification Document Delivery Tracking. Technical Specification Document Delivery Tracking and Development Delivery Tracking.
