DB2 Upgrade

SCOPE OF WORK:  * Work with the DMV staff to upgrade their version of DB2 on z-OS from V8 to V9 in all three of their sub-systems * Conduct a DB2 Health Check consisting of SQL Performance Review using Omegamon, buffer pool analysis, and training in the new features of V9 * This project is targeted to commence upon project review and approval no later than 3/31/10
