A rapidly growing, publicly held, healthcare IT company based in Long Island, NY, seeks a Senior Web Designer/Webmaster. Client is looking for candidates who will enhance their team with enthusiasm, drive, and talent. This person will be responsible for the layout, visual appearance and usability of all online platforms which the client supports. This person manages and creates design prototypes, including graphic design, site navigation, and layout of PHR content. Further, this person manages and supports existing client sites. This person liaisons with Project Management, Marketing and other departments within the company on any design needs including but not limited to marketing promotional, trial forms, advertising and style guides. This person manages, updates, and maintains the Web presence of clients Website; ensures quality and timeliness with the weekly charts and graphs for industry vitals, posts new press releases, updates job listings and keeps product listings and samples up-to-date; and also includes multi-media updates to the Website and product trials and demonstrations. This person creates HTML marketing and other supporting sites on-demand for various departments and affiliates within the company; works with Marketing Department to meet all their requests and manages requests through the Web design team; and provides input into design of marketing related materials and requests. This person manages PHR site creation and existing client requests for Website changes; works with Project Managers and Software Developers to help create HTML mockups, make design and implementation decisions; and manages Web Design Workflow and other Web Designers to accomplish the above duties. This person provides technical assistance and training as necessary; ensures proper staffing and reviews resumes, interviews and select individuals to fill vacancies.
