Business Analyst

Chase, a leading provider of diverse financial services worldwide is actively seeking a Business Analyst for the Core Processing Options Management team.

As the leader of the Business Services Group Options team you will provide excellent business and system analysis support with regard to C3 Options Management. In this positions you will be responsible for analyzing, maintaining and adding processing options for the C3 Marketing, Posting and Product change engines through the use of online green screens and automated tools while providing guidance and leadership to the members of the team. You will be responsible for managing the work of the BSG Options team and accountable to meet established Implementation Service level agreements. In addition, you will be required to produce metric reporting on a monthly basis.

Typical Day

* Distribute all Maintenance requests among the team of Analysts

* Analyze business options requirements into IT application impacts and business process impacts.

* Execute Options updates through green screen updates or automated scripting tools

* Create specifications for AdHoc updates to the C3 platform for pricing/product change

What Education/Experience do I Need?

* You have at least 3 years of experience in business process engineering, business system analysis, with a Bachelors degree in IT, Finance/Accounting, or both.

* You will have experience in systems development life cycle

* You have experience running automated scripts (QTP, WinRunner)

* You have a solid understanding of the credit card business and have experience working in a Mainframe environment
