Description: - NETWORK ENGINEER, LEAD (Top Secret) (41626) Job Description NETWORK ENGINEER, LEAD (Top Secret) (41626) Network/Telecom USA-DC-Washington Security Clearance : Top Secret Clearance Status : Must be Current Schedule : Full Time Shift : 1st Type of Travel : Local, Continental US Percent of Travel Required : Up to 10% Description Job Description: Contractor will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of all routers and switches used to support 150 servers and over 500 workstations. Contractor will be responsible for the configuration of VLANS to separate voice, video, and data. The contractor will oversee the entire operation of all routing at primary and remote sites. Contractor will maintain and train all personnel on Cisco TACACS network management system, CiscoWorks network management software and GEM encryptor management software. Contractor will be responsible for all services riding over the single, ubiquitous network, including TACLANE configuration and maintenance. Contractor is responsible for the deployment, upgrade and maintenance of all CISCO switches, routers, Call Managers and Unity servers. Contractor is responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of remote sites and systems. Contractor will complete adds, moves and changes in regards to telephony services on the CISCO Call Manager. Contractor will install and maintain the CISCO Call Manager and CISCO VOJP telephones supporting the Agencys VOIP rollout. The contractors works will be broken down by blocks and deadlines will be assigned for each block. Required qualifications: Requires bachelors degree (in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or Math) or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience. Engineer must hold Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification (or equivalent certification as determined by the government). Clearance requirements: Active Top Secret with an investigation completed within 3 years; clearance must be in JPAS; ability to obtain SCI access; ability to obtain a Yankee White clearance; Native-born U.S. Citizen.
