NUTRITITIONIST

MS in Nutrition or Public Health required. Must be a New York State Registered Dietitian and have at least three years of experience. Will work as part of the Disease Management team in order to address the nutritional needs of Diabetic and CHJF patients enrolled in the Disease Management program. Will educate and counsel program participants who have been prescribed with a therapeutic diet suitable to their health needs, culture, and lifestyle.
