The infrastructure area of IT is critical to the firms entire technical operating environment, producing leading-edge solutions that enable the firm to develop and sustain its global competitive advantage. Network administrators, engineers, and the many other infrastructure staff who operate the firms technology backbone are invaluable assets. The IT department has established the Technology Associate Program (TAP) to develop as our future leaders those graduates whose experience shows excellence, passion, and collaboration. In addition to on-the-job training, TAP associates receive customized technical and business training, exposure to senior IT professionals, a formal mentoring program, and first-hand experience with innovative technologies. AllianceBernstein is seeking talented undergraduates from a variety of disciplines including, but not limited to, Computer Science, Engineering, and Information Systems.
