Process Engineer

* Support current design and manufacturing of electronic components through the development and implementation of manufacturing processes. * Responsibilities include identifying & resolving problems while maintaining quality standards through engineering methodology, test design & data collection, and statistical process control. * Interface with design team, customers, technicians, assembly personnel, and support engineering staff. * Continuously improve automated production processes. * Support manufacturing operations production. * Participate in concurrent design for manufacturability activities. * Implement, monitor and improve process performance metrics for high volume production test area. * Develop, document and standardize floor procedures to facilitate production. * Actively participate in customer and internal design reviews. * Drive customer satisfaction by continuously improving manufacturing quality.

Required Skills

* BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering. * Strong project management, structured problem-solving, data analysis and computer skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Required Experience

* Experience in mechanical process development, manufacturing engineering support, or mechanical engineering. * Experience with machine vision and/or automation.

Additional Requirements: Must be eligible to work on defense and satellite programs subject to ITAR Regulations. Therefore, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card).
