Summary: Coordinates non exempt recruitment process including internal postings and external recruitment. Provides administrative and project support for Human Resource department for the Distribution and Manufacturing facilities. Job Responsibilities: * Responsible for exempt and non exempt recruitment process for distribution and manufacturing * Manages internal job posting process. * Manages external recruitment and temp agency sourcing. * Conducts new employee orientation. * Manages employee ID badge process. * Provides day to day administrative support for Human Resource department * Maintains applicant tracking log, I-9 forms and other EEO-1 reporting * Establishes and maintains personnel files * Process temporary agency invoices for payment and monthly submission to Payroll. * Responsible for weekly processing of Personal Change Notification forms. * Maintain headcount reports for both facilities * Conduct exit interviews and compiles data for management review * Provides support for Human Resource department activities * Supports employee communication efforts including computer kiosks and bulletin boards * Participates as a member of Company Wellness committee * Performs other tasks as necessary. Qualifications * Associates Degree in HR, Business or related discipline required, Bachelors Degree in HR, Business or related discipline preferred. * Two years experience working in a Human Resource department. * Experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment preferred.
