We currently have a Front Desk Agent/Shuttle Driver position availble at our Candlewood Suites Baltimore Airport property This position will check-in/check-out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner; and process all payments according to established procedures.This position also drives hotel van or designated vehicles to and from guest destinations. Responds to all guest requests for shuttle service and assists guests with luggage while boarding and off loading the vehicle. *** This position requires the ability to work flexible shift hours *** Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent, plus one year front desk/guest service experience. Valid state drivers licence required. Driving experience and previous hotel experience and familiarity with hotel management systems preferred Other Information - Some college preferred. May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
