Associate, Financial Modeling

Qualifications Job Summary: Support business planning and reporting of monthly operational and financial results for the Constellation Nuclear companies.

Reports To: Director of Finance and Business Operations

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:  Coordinate the reporting process, collect the results, understand the key drivers, and integrate those results into management reports that can be shared with the CEO and Board of Directors for Constellation Energy.  Support the implementation of new reporting system and processes, leveraging consolidated financial systems and advanced analysis interface.  Support development of quarterly analysts earnings call documentation and analyses.  Create ad hoc analyses, presentations, and reports that support Constellation Generation Group and corporate managements business information needs.  Leads site development of five year business plans, performance indicators and scorecards, and incentive planning.  Ensures compliance with Corporate and FERC Accounting requirements as appropriate.

Skills/Abilities:  Demonstrated ability to conduct a broad range of analyses, independently selecting proper techniques and making correct interpretations and appropriate recommendations based on the results obtained.  Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with employees, supervision, and management.  Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, orally and in writing.  Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize various software packages.  In particular, proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, Outlook Soft, and Business Objects.

Education/Experience:  Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline and 6 years of job related experience or equivalent combination of formal education/training and experience.  Relevant MBA or MS preferred.  CPA preferred Competencies: Safety Consciousness, Decision Quality, Problem Solving, Dealing with Ambiguity, Customer Focus, Results Driven, Business Relationship, Technical/Professional Knowledge.

Satisfactorily complete General Orientation Training (GOT). 3.) Satisfactorily complete required background checks. 4.)
