Job Description: ASRC Federal Holding Company is currently seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter in Greenbelt, Maryland. Here at ASRC Federal Holding Company, we provide shared services, including recruitment, to our nine (9) subsidiary companies located nationwide.  Our companies provide an array of services to the Federal government from defense, IT, consulting, aerospace engineering, and military base operations and maintenance. Responsibilities: Our recruiting team operates with service level agreements to provide exceptional services to our clients.  Expectations for this position will include documenting and executing innovative strategies, developing a diverse candidate pool, pre-screening, selecting, and hiring the best candidates for ASRC Federal and its Subsidiaries.  Our team of recruiters are also given the opportunity to work on the other Human Resources/Recruiting initiatives. Experience/Education: * Bachelors degree with at least seven (7) years of corporate recruiting experience with at least three (3) of those years with a Federal government contractor * Strong knowledge of employment law * Professionalism, strong communication skills, great sourcing techniques, a team player, good negotiator, and posses strong PC and ATS skills * Must be able to travel occasionally EOE
