Senior Accountant The primary duties of the Senior Accountant include the preparation of external financial statements and quarterly and annual tax filings. This individual will be an integral part of the month end close process responsible for preparing and reviewing journal entries, validating accrual balances, and completing expense analyses, culminating in the preparation of the monthly financial package. The Senior Accountant regularly interacts with all management levels across all departments, and will also be relied upon for ad hoc analyses, implementation of departmental efficiencies and ensuring adherence to internal controls.
