Responsibilities Kiewit Construction Company is currently seeking a Scheduler for our construction projects in the New York City area. This position is responsible for large project scheduling. Duties include assisting construction personnel in the preparation of the project baseline schedule. Control and monitor the project schedule, the 90 day schedules and the 3-week schedules, provide updates on schedules status, prepare and submit schedule updates as required. Also assists construction superintendents and field engineers with their preparation of their 90 day schedules and 3-weeks schedules. Provide reports as required by project management. Qualifications  8-15 years of heavy civil construction scheduling experience  proficient in the use of Primavera version 3.1 and version 6.0  experience with large projects (+ 4,000-7,500 activities) cost and resource loaded schedules  experience with Earned value schedule management  experience in the contract management of a project: change orders, from pricing to  identification of a change condition, additional work, owner related changes, identify impacts to the schedule, and perform a time impact analysis  experience in project controls Equal Employment Opportunity Kiewit is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
