Overview: This position is for a DES Operator in our Quick-Turn Around department. This position will operate the machinery that will Develop, Etch and Strip Signal Cores, Power Cores and Composites. Responsibilities: This position will support QTA requirements for the DES operations in support of QTA Customer Requirements. This position will operate and certify on all wet process tools, performs Labs, and BIQ operations as defined by specs. It will train and educate employees on DES yellow room operations, and back up and support technicians and leads as necessary in daily operations. Candidate should also be able to work closely with Engineering on critical new processes and part numbers. Qualifications: Preferred Certifications in the operation of DES Equipment. This individual needs to be a self starter and capable of working without direction, be a Team Player, with demonstrated communication skills and capability of using software such as SAP and Lotus Notes.
