Position Description Experience providing sanitation leadership in a food processing shift environment. Experience conducting regular sanitation inspections and audits of products and equipment for conformity to federal and state sanitation laws and plant standards. Managing integrated pests management program. Compiling reports regarding regular inspection, sanitation violations, and taking steps taken to resolve deficiencies. Demonstrated knowledge of managing costs. Ability to facilitate change and involve employees to continually improve the sanitation practices under 21-CFR-110. The candidate will also demonstrate customer focus with clear understanding of measurements to assess customer acceptance as in meeting corporate, FDA and GMP compliance under 21-CFR-110. Candidate must be able to work in a team environment with good communication skills. Candidate should possess well developed skills in data interpretation and measurement systems. Proven results with an oriented track record. Good verbal interpersonal skills. Good written and presentation skills. Position Requirements BS in Food /Dairy Science ideal but not required. Candidate should posses related field and 1-3 years experience in sanitation or cleaning validation with supervisory or project management.
