Manages a staff of 4: Credit & Collections Assistant Manager, AR Specialist, Chargeback Analyst and Cash Applicator. . Directly handles collections process for Top 50 accounts . Reviews all chargeback and cash application activities daily. Resolves any issues. . Establishes guidelines for opening accounts and for reverting to cash status as experience dictates. . Issues reports daily to Collections Manager on cash received as well as the status of past due accounts. . Bachelors degree strongly preferred . 10+ years of business-to-business collections experience with minimum of 3-5 years in managerial role. If candidate does not have a bachelors degree, 5+ years of managerial experience is required. . At least 2-3 years experience with chargebacks and cash application
