Title: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR 3 Location: MD-Elkridge Duties and Responsibilities:Provides administrative support and coordination to a complex organization. Supports the administrative and clerical functions of assigned contracts, projects, or tasks on an as needed basis. Develops databases to maintain office records and files. Types complex correspondence, reports and other documents. Makes travel arrangements. Provides a variety of other office administration duties. Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience. Required Qualifications: Experience in an office environment providing administrative support. Must have experience using Microsoft Office Applications, especially, Excel, Word, Power-Point, Access. Ability to multi-task and complete tasks in a timely fashion. Organized and detail-oriented. Desire to provide excellent customer service is a must. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Desired Qualifications: Experience making travel arrangements, developing Excel spread sheet.null
