Responsibilities • a Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs on buildings. • a Complete work orders for a variety of structure and equipment repairs. • a Estimate time and materials effectively. • a Oversee and inspect the work of outside contractors. • a Order necessary materials for repair completion. • a Complete all necessary paperwork upon finalization of work order. • a Monitor, operate and provide routine maintenance to HVAC and other equipment. • a Perform daily inspection of building systems. • a Develop competence and knowledge of tools and equipment used in ground and facility maintenance. Qualifications • a High school diploma or GED. • a 2+ years of related experience and/or training. • a Basic analytical skills. • a Fundamental MS Office Suite capabilities. • a Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
