Title: CAO - SFS Operations & Client Delivery Location: NY-New York Job Title: CAO - SFS Operations & Client Delivery Officer level: Dir/MD Business: ICG / Global Transaction Services Division: SFS Operations & Client Delivery Location: New York NY Overview: Direct major business initiatives and oversee projects on behalf of the Business Head, including management of staff, budgets, controls, administration, policies, and procedures. Liaison between the business and other internal/external groups within and outside of ICG. Responsibilities: * Assist in creation of business strategic plans on an annual basis * Manage budget and staffing needs for key projects, and manage scope, work deliverables and project plans * Analyze progress against strategic and financial objectives * Assist in creation of annual financial plan and mid-year forecast * Conduct all business analysis to include expense forecasts, budget reviews, key performance indicators, optimal organizational and headcount structure * Establish and conduct management processes - staff meetings, team off-sites, monthly internal financial and business reviews, weekly Operations reviews * Prepare reports, briefings and presentations on strategic issues, as appropriate * Lead all communication activities, including the formation and execution of a multi-media global communication strategy Development Value: * A global view of the SFS Operations and Client Delivery business * Opportunity to help manage multiple aspects of the business in a challenging environment * Opportunity to create success factors * Undergraduate degree required.
