Refer your friend! More information about this job: Overview: The CoStar Sales Recruiter will be an integral part of CoStars sales organization. This person will be joining a team of experienced agency sales recruiters who are all full life cycle recruiters. The sales recruiting team sources, tracks, qualifies, and takes part in the interview process for all of CoStars new sales hires. The Sales recruiting team also manages successful relationships with Sales Managers, Sales Directors, and Vice Presidents to ensure that the hiring process runs smoothly and CoStar hires the best possible candidates for each position. Responsibilities: * The successful candidate will take part in a full life cycle recruiting process that includes cold calling, networking, prospecting, sourcing new sales candidates nationally and in the UK and France for our growing sales team. * In addition to sourcing, the successful recruiter will also be responsible for tracking, screening, qualifying, scheduling interviews and then taking part in the interview process, of each qualified candidate, and following candidates through to the on-boarding process. * The recruiter will manage relationships with hiring authorities and coordinate with Training and Human Resources throughout the hiring process. Qualifications: * Bachelors degree. * 3+ years of experience recruiting Product Sales Reps and Sales Executives. * 3+ years of successful agency recruiting experience. * Previous experience interacting with all levels of management. * Full life cycle recruiting experience from cold calling & sourcing, screening, interviewing, to negoiation, hiring, and on-boarding. * Solid track record of meeting & exceeding recruiting quotas. * Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Applicant Tracking System experience. * Interview Documentation experience. * Detail oriented.
