Loan Services Collector The Collector works under the direct supervision of the Collections Supervisor. Primary Responsibilities: * Able to handle high volume of outbound phone calls through use of predictive dialer. * Manage assigned portfolio of accounts to achieve company collection objectives. * Take inbound customer service and collection calls. Job requirements: * 1 to 2 years collections experience preferred. * Prior experience working a predictive dialer is a plus. * High school diploma or GED. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Must be able to work Mon-Thurs 12pm-9pm; Fri 10am-7pm and some Sat and Sun. * Ability to navigate a Windows based account management collections system. * Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and e-mail.
