Responsibilities Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) support of a Mil-P-55110 and Mil-PRF-50884 certified printed wiring board fabrication facility. Support for the Genesis 2000 software backend and operational support of laser plotter, bare board tester and CNC drilling and routing equipment. Perform CAM for incoming rigid, rigid-flex, and flexible printed circuit boards, as well as development of fabrication process flows. Support manufacturability reviews of designs. Genesis 2000 software configuration support including editing of design rule checks and creation of scripts. Operate and maintain photoplotter, film processor, and film punch. Operate bare board electrical tester. Perform as a backup CNC drilling and routing equipment operator. Qualifications Required: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of five years related experience with printed circuit board CAM software, that includes at least 2 years experience using Genesis 2000. Candidate must be flexible with tasking and willing to perform equipment and software troubleshooting. Willingness to learn and operate electrical test equipment and CNC drilling and routing equipment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Professional interpersonal skills with positive customer-oriented attitude. Desired: Experience writing Genesis 2000 scripts and maintenance of ERFs. Past experience with wet chemical processing, CNC drilling and routing in a printed circuit board fabrication area. Experience with MIL-P-55110 and MIL-PRF-50884. Candidate selected may require a US government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements. Requirements include US Citizenship.
