Phlebotomy Technician

The Inpatient Phlebotomist interacts with patients, visitors, and other health care providers to collect, transport and process blood and other body fluids from a full spectrum of the patient population. The Inpatient Phlebotomist participates in educational and training activities and may participate in the performance of routine administrative and non-routine technical functions.

Requirement: Successful completion of an approved training program consisting of both lectures and practical application in phlebotomy or comparable education or experience.
