CNA - Long Term Care - Skilled Nursing Facility

Job Details:

Under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse and/or Licensed Practical Nurse, the CNA is accountable and responsible for the provision of specifically assigned patient/resident care tasks.

SERVICE AREAS INCLUDE: Skilled Nursing 1 (SN 1) -skilled long term care Skilled Nursing 2/CDP (SN 2) - sub-acute/rehabilitation Dementia

All positions require a Certified Nursing Assistant license. One (1) year of prior Long Term Care or Medical/Surgical experience preferred.

Special Qualifications by service area: SN 1 ? CPR within six months, dementia and validation training within one year. SN 2/CDP ? CPR within six months, dementia and validation training within one year. Dementia ? Dementia, Garden unit and validation within three months, CPR within six months.
