Junior Cost Analyst

YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: The position requires one equivalent year of experience in analysis and technical management. Two years credit for a Masters degree or three years credit for a Ph.D.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic, ability to work autonomously or in a team environment, with excellent communication, quantitative, research, and analytical skills to work closely with our government clients. Successful candidates will have experience to include 2 or more years of preparing cost estimates and budgets for major system acquisitions programs, experience assessing cost and budget impacts of program alternatives as well as preparing and presenting applicable program documentation and briefings. Must be able to obtain proper security clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Work may include parametric cost estimating, cost and schedule estimating, life cycle cost analysis, cost estimating relationship and model development, cost risk analysis, project forecasting and risk assessments, operations research, and cost benefit analysis. Experience in Navy acquisition programs, software cost estimating, and design or integration cost estimating is highly desirable.
