Responsibilities Include: * Responsible recruiting for open positions which may involve both a technical and quantitative component. * Serve as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, generalists and recruiting contacts * Maintain agency relationships * Metrics reporting * Conduct searches for qualified candidates via Employee/Client Referrals, Morgan Stanley Job Bank, Cold Calling, Internet (Monster.com, CareerBuilder, etc.) and using our Applicant Tracking System (PeopleClick). * Manage the internal posting process for job openings * Maintain database of candidate information and networking information. Use database in conjunction with proprietary applicant tracking system * Implement specific sourcing strategy for each search with the Hiring Manager? to identify candidates from associations, networks, third party resources, approved search websites, referrals * Proactively identify qualified candidates in prompt manner * Responsible for enhancing resources through research of alternative channels of locating candidates. (colleges/universities, alumni networks, relevant professional organizations, etc.) * Advise Management on offers and thus negotiate with candidate accordingly * Advise on Hiring Process and Best Practices * Building Recruiting Strategies for internal Groups at Morgan Stanley * Advise on Market trends and Competitive Intelligence in industry Skills Required * At least 5-10 years experience recruiting in a high volume, corporate environment * Pro-actively able to forecast and get in front of issues, and ability to work in high volume process intensive environment. Commercial mindset and ability to think like an owner is a must * IT Recruiting experience a must as well as Fixed Income/Capital Markets. * Quantitative Development Recruiting is strongly preferred * Agency Recruiting experience preferred * Strong client relationship, organizational and follow up skills * Ability to excel in an evolving, dynamic business environment * Flexibility for a fast paced and changing environment Ability to partner and work proactively with demanding internal client base.
