Position Summary Create and update web support content (PVI), including FAQs, Troubleshooting and How-to Guides for www.samsung.com/support. Phone support in times of need (to maintain service levels). Common Essential Duties & Resp. ? Troubleshooting Guide Creation and updating. ? FAQ creation and updating. ? How-to Guide creation and updating. ? Keep up to date on Samsung products and related product issues that impact customer service. ? Monitor content of the website for expired/inappropriate references and links and content and update as necessary. ? Help drive and implement developments and improvements to the web site and applications. ? Analyze the technical needs of consumers by running daily reports and creating necessary knowledge to meet those needs. ? Phone support during peak times when needed Background / Experience ? High school diploma, some college preferred or computer technical school ? 6-9 years experience with developing Printer knowledge generation experience ? Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ? Strong writing and editing skills ? Strong reporting and analysis skills Please refer to job code 100361 when responding to this ad.
