National Account Manager responsible for managing and selling all adult and audio business into Sams Clubs, BJs Warehouse Clubs and the distributors who service them. Major Responsibilities/Tasks Manage S&S Adult and Audio business with Sams Clubs and with BJs o Maximize all S&S frontlist opportunities for S&S titles within these clubs. o Build backlist title assorts that give maximum exposure to S&S titles in these clubs. o Build Audio business through frontlist and backlist assorts to these customers o Develop promotional opportunities within club environment. Maintain plan? to track all title buys and returns for both Sams and BJs through any and all suppliers. Meet regularly with publishers to provide feedback on title sales at these customers and guidance as to how best to publish titles in order to maximize sales at these clubs. Analyze customer data to insure S&S is maximizing and every opportunity within this account base. Track orders and insure timely delivery and merchandising of all titles. Required Skills/Experience * Requires at least a 4 year college degree * Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in publishing sales with the club accounts and/ or 1 year of sales experience in book publishing. * Must have computer skills in excel and word. * Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
