This individual will oversee Ridges handling of E*TRADEs Corporate Services business line. Duties will include, but not be limited to, monitoring the processing of share allocation files associated with corporate clients employee stock option plan and employee stock options, review and authorize various CSR suspense accounts and delegate responsibilities. The candidate must have an understanding of employee stock plans, the various departments that make up brokerage operations and be able to make decisions based on that knowledge. Willingness to succeed and the ability to organize and learn quickly are a must. The individual will also be asked to identify areas for improvement and make proposals. Communication is also a key element to the job, so the candidate must be willing to make calls and send email to a number of departments as well as accept calls and reply to email from a number of sources Job Requirements Minimum Professional and Technical Skills: - The candidate must have an understanding of ADP brokerage processing applications. - The candidate must also have experience in brokerage operations (minimum 3 years). - Any experience with employee stock option plans and employee stock purchase plans is a plus. -Minimum Education, Certification, Training: - The candidate must be a high school graduate, college graduate preferred. - NASD licenses- 7 (preferred) Additional Details We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package.
