Our corporate office is currently seeking a Divisional Recruiter that will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to fill divisional needs in a timely manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Source and pre-screen resumes to identify potential candidates * Provide candidates with detailed information regarding specific division (CareFocus, Maxim Physician Recruiting, Maxim Home Health Resources, TimeLine Recruiting, TravelMax, Maxim Health Information Systems, Orbis, etc.) history and growth, career path, job responsibilities, training, culture, salary range, etc. before arranging an on-site interview * Schedule interviews for Hiring Managers * Act as a point of contact with candidates throughout hiring and onboarding process * Manage applicant and interview tracking system documentation for each candidate * Manage online job postings and requisitions for assigned divisions * Provide assistance to Hiring Managers on interviewing techniques * Promote diversity and ensure all managers are compliant with EEOC laws * Report all unethical hiring practices to Upper Management and Talent Resources for documentation * Schedule, coordinate and attend college and professional recruiting events * Develop marketing strategies to attract quality candidates * Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Requirements: * Bachelors Degree preferred * 1-2 years of previous recruiting experience * Proficient technology skills using MS Office, Internet, Email and maintaining Outlook calendar required * Must be energetic, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast paced environment * Must be organized, detail oriented and able to efficiently handle multiple tasks * Must demonstrate ability to work well and effectively with others * Excellent verbal/written communication skills Physical/Work Environment Requirements: * Professional work environment; occasional travel Our company is committed to maintaining a challenging environment that promotes personal accountability, personal growth, and an active role in the driving vision of the company.
