FX Operations Client Service Group: Vice President

As a manager of the FX CSG team, you will be responsible for managing 10-12 FX CSG representatives. The FX CSG team interacts with internal clients such as, trading, sales, technology, equity and fixed income client service groups, as well as other operational units, in Morgan Stanleys offices globally. The group will also be interacting on a daily basis with some of the Firms largest and most valued clients. You will settle, confirm these clients trades as well as resolve any issues our clients may encounter. You will also become involved in risk reporting and ongoing project initiatives. Skills Required For this position, knowledge of Foreign Exchange is required. Knowledge of settlement and confirmations processes is required. Experience in supporting corporate clients, hedge funds and money mangers preferred. Previous experience using Misys, FXALL, GTSS and ALERT is a plus. Experience managing a client facing team is required. Strong manager who can create a solid team environment is required. This individual should be comfortable interacting with many people on a daily basis. There will be exposure to senior people in the business unit, clients and operations. The candidate should have excellent time management skills, and be proficient in Word and Excel.
