Information Security Metrics Manager

The Segregation of Duties Project Team within the Information Security Office is looking for an eager, self-motivated, team player who is able to create and manage a metrics program that will track Key Risk Indicators, data quality control, and general progress of the program. The position and other responsibilities will include the following: ?  Preparation of metrics reports, documents and business presentations for senior management ?  Conduct detailed data analyses to measure data quality control ?  Testing of new Segregation of Duties technologies ?  Daily support to Business Units during a rule reviews which includes research and coordination Skills Required ?  Well established comfort level with data analysis ?  Ability to think creatively about statistics ?  Experience with metrics production and concepts ?  Ability to self-manage, generate ideas, and present/implement creative metrics solutions ?  Strong analytical and research skills ?  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel ?  Strong written and oral communication skills (ability to interact effectively with all levels of management) ?  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ?  Proactive team player ?  Takes responsibility for own actions; completes tasks that meet expectations, shares own knowledge where appropriate ?  Basic knowledge of the Financial Services Industry ?  Knowledge of Information Security or IT preferred
