ID Theft Program Analyst

The Information Security Office is seeking an Identity Theft Project Analyst to play a role in the implementation of the Firms Identity Theft Prevention Program (• the Program?), focused on safeguarding clients against identity theft.  A core objective of the Program is to detect, prevent and mitigate the risk of identity theft for our clients through the use of • red flags?. The Program is a Firmwide initiative, led by Information Security, with Legal, Compliance and Risk Management oversight.  Key drivers of the program include various U.S. regulatory requirements and the adherence to the Firms? high standards in protecting clients from financial harm. Program Implementation requires significant organizational and functional coordination with Business Units, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Operations, IT, Corporate Security, AML and Litigation. Job Description ? Support the creation and maintenance of Program materials relating to: ? Incident collection, analysis and reporting, ? Integration of covered accounts, ? Steering committee materials, ? Annual report, ? Program policies and procedures, ? Training and communications materials, ? Topical research of identity theft issues and methods of fraud, prevalent in the industry. ? Play a role in establishing processes around the management of the Program, including the creation of procedural guides and documents. Skills Required ? Strong organizational skills with experience working on large global or multi-divisional or cross-functional projects, ? Strong technical skills with Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint and Visio, ? Ability to perform detailed analyses, ? Ability to multi-task with attention to detail, ? Flexible and self-motivated. Skills Desired ? Previous experience working on programs with responsibility for training & communications, incident collection, analysis and reporting, review of policies and procedures, etc. is desirable, but not required, ? Basic understanding of operational risk management concepts,
