Senior Director, Product Marketing WebMD seeks a Senior Director of Product Marketing to join its growing marketing team. You will be joining an exciting, cross functional team focused on a new product innovation in the online advertising space. In this capacity, you will be partnering with WebMDs agency and brand-direct sales team to grow and improve the quality of WebMDs online advertising products. You will be responsible for defining and managing a competitive media advertising product set that leverages WebMDs leadership position in online health, its quality audience and unique impact of experience. Through your interactions with WebMDs customers, ongoing understanding of competitive landscape and analysis of product performance you will define the product strategy and develop a yearly roadmap. You will be managing a team that will work closely with sales and a full cross-functional team including vertical and campaign marketing, sales operations, engineering and product development. Responsibilities Manage and grow a product marketing team to deliver against WebMDs sales & marketing strategy Deliver a business roadmap including product strategy, forecasting, pricing and positioning for WebMDs highly differentiated, online and oflline advertising product solutions Provide leadership in delivering ongoing evaluating of product sales performance/impact to deliver monthly insights, trends and recommendations to management team Oversee the delivery of marketing requirement documents to initiate new product releases which will be sourced to develop a PRD by product development and engineering Develop process and collaborative hand offs between product development and delivery services Interact with early adopter clients/agencies and internal teams to define market requirements Provide actionable guidance to product development and engineering with clear prioritization of development efforts Develop product sales materials such as client-facing positioning, sales tools, case studies and competitive analyses Create and deliver sales training for the sales force and support teams Experience: Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Marketing or equivalent related field Overall Experience: 10+ years or equivalent experience in online and product marketing Proven success in launching new online products to market that impact sales growth 5+ year(s) of experience with media sales, ad networks, agency sales or equivalent experience Highly self-motivated, proactive and self-sufficient with the ability to motivate and drive a team of intelligent, creative, and opinionated colleagues Knowledge and/or background in Internet technologies | My Career Center | Job Alert | View Job Cart | Back to Search Page | Please refer to job code 2396949 when responding to this ad.
