Oracle platform components

•        Storage ? EMC/ASM/Netapp

•        Operating system ? Linux/Windows/ UNIX

•        Network security & performance

•        Security compliance

Oracle architecture knowledge:

•        Oracle Maximum Availability architecture

•        Oracle Performance platform

•        Oracle Data Warehousing capabilities

•        Oracle replication

•        Oracle 11g features

Requirements

Requirements:

•        7 years plus oracle experience

•        Project Management experience

•        Certifications are a plus!

•        Worked on large terabyte Databases

•        Worked on RAC and Dataguard

•        Knowledge of Oracle 11g and 10g feature

•        Backup/ recovery principle with flashback, RMAN & dataguard expertise

•        Oracle holistic monitoring using OEM

•        Consulting skills with Oracle technology pitch and Oracle services pitch

•        Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen
