We are seeking an articulate, entrepreneurial-minded, creative, energetic and flexible PT to help grow our therapy services for adults in the Middletown - Odessa - Townsend, Smyrna and Dover areas. The ideal candidate will possess well-developed leadership, organizational and communication skills with at least two years experience as a physical therapist in home health with knowledge of Medicare regulations, including OASIS and PPS. Recruiting and marketing skills are a plus. Candidates must also be able to effectively multi-task a wide variety of responsibilities, which may include clinical supervision of PTAs, staff recruiting and development, and overseeing quality of care delivery.
