Experience: 4-10 years of experience with business management and process improvement. Prefer military and/or medical background. ? Prefer lean six sigma green belt, business, or change management training/certs (PMP) ? Bachelors in business, information management, science, engineering or public health. ? Excellent organizational and communication skills ? Ability to bring assignments, team discussions and challenges to closure ? Excellent work ethic, dependable, and responsible ? Must be a flexible self-starter, who can adapt to rapid change ? Motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure ? Strong teaming, mediation and customer service skills Duties: ? Assess current processes, identify opportunities for improvement and standardization, develop and track metrics. ? Implement process improvement initiatives ? Apply Lean Six Sigma concepts, standard business processes and management tools to improve response / lead time for key activities, improve first pass / qualification and reduce operational resources and costs. ? Testing and training to ensure expected outcomes. ? Perform appropriate required elicitation techniques, including, but not limited to: Facilitating collaborative sessions, Interviewing, Observing, and Analyzing Documents ? Develop and deploy communication plans. ? Analyze business, technical and function requirements to ensure proper structure and content based on applicable standards. ? Conduct facilitated sessions with user teams ? Conduct feasibility studies to determine applicability of project idea to strategic business needs. ? Identify specific opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to leadership. ? Develop focused metrics, analyze results and provide recommendations. ? Gather data to support decision making, prepare documentation, facilitate oral and written communication. Develop courses of action and recommendations ? Prepare briefing materials and other written plans, to include formal and informal communication. ?
