Associate Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

Are you good at building high performance teams?  In this newly created role, you will help establish our Commercial Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) capabilities within the finance organization.  You will work closely with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and leadership for the BENLYSTA(TM) and ZALBIN(TM) commercial teams.  You will be the key financial advisor in supporting the commercial teams in planning/managing budgets, forecasting product revenues and evaluating life cycle management activities. This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly evolving company moving towards commercialization.

Primary Responsibilities include: ? Manage commercial budget planning, latest estimates, and revenue forecasts; establish business processes to facilitate information flow and decision making ? Provide business/financial analysis and decision support on commercial programs and life cycle management investments ? Involvement in monthly close and financial reporting to client organization ? Serve as commercial finance leadership within partner collaborations for BENLYSTA(TM) and ZALBIN(TM) ? Participate in strategic planning and other senior-level management team activities ? Develop plan for Commercial FP&A support post product approvals
