Candidate will perform program management and analysis functions associated with the acquisition, implementation, transition and operation of FAA voice telecommunications in support of the FAAs Administrative Voice Enterprise Services (FAVES) program office. Candidate will work with agency users, the program office and the vendor to support the transformation of the agencys multiple legacy voice infrastructures to an agency-wide, centrally managed, administrative voice enterprise telephony system. Primary responsibilities include coordination with FAA Service Area leads, the FAVES Program Office and the vendor to validate requirements, track task orders, manage vendor schedules and review contract deliverables. Candidate must be able to multi-task effectively while adhering to deadlines. Candidate will also assist with the creation of briefing materials, MS Project schedules, position papers, policy and guidance materials, meeting minutes and program awareness communications. Candidate will participate in and contribute to Technical Interchange/Requirements Meetings. Candidate may help in developing concept of operation (ConOps) and service order management processes. Candidate will represent the customer and work with the FAVES vendor and with other functional organizations within the FAA. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively both in writing and in presentation, and be an exceptional team player. Some travel required. Req# AES15907 Experience Requirements: Bachelors Degree in a technical or analytical discipline and 8 years commensurate project management experience required. Legacy voice/PBX and enterprise IP telephony knowledge required. Excellent interpersonal and technical skills are required. Experience with FAA Regions/Service Areas a plus. Successful candidate is a U.S. Citizen and must be able to favorably complete a background check with granted Interim Suitability which is required for this position.
