Utilize your dynamic leadership capability to grab an opportunity as the GS Divisional Marketing Lead. As part of this key division, you will have a sphere of influence in services development, marketing, sales support and P&L ownership. This role is multi-faceted requiring you to have a deep understanding of global communications markets and customer behaviors. You will also utilize your technical foundation with understanding technology trends and network architectures. Develop complex solutions and help define and implement for our customer needs. Planning and implementing the strategic and tactical marketing initiatives necessary to grow Services. Strategic marketing responsibilities includes: Leading and developing a global forward thinking strategy, creating investment business cases for internal development of new service offerings and/or acquisitions. Establish customer value propositions, and service product branding, competitive positioning and market benchmarking. Maintaining and developing a roadmap and ensuring ROI on investments. Provide monthly forecast for booking and revenue and product and services roadmaps. Provide competitor analysis and strategy, and handle product pricing requirements on a daily basis. Responsibilities Include: * Develop Marketing Solutions - Develops market facing service solutions, to be delivered directly, and/or through partners. * Lead Divisional strategic marketing plans (Competitive research) and tactical marketing (Drive opportunities, RFP responses, forecasting) * Supports Sales initiatives - Customer engagements, sales tools, forecasting, trade shows, big deal management Required Qualifications ? Possess excellent written and verbal English communications skills, other languages skills will be highly considered. ? Knowledge of customer base relevant to each services solution market segment. ? Excellent organization, leadership and interpersonal skills. ? Willing to travel throughout the region ? Strong presentation skills ? Ability to resolve highly complex technical problems and make recommendations; ? Must be able to effectively communicate customer/market requirements to senior management and/or services solutions development ? Demonstrate an ability to think strategically and achieve long range goals ? Effective time management skills with ability to manage and deliver marketing plans on time ? Demonstrated ability to work effectively with other people ? Flexible and adaptable to change ? Must be culturally sensitive and attuned to global business practices. Education/Experience: ? BS/BE in technical field, MBA a plus ? Experience in services delivery, engineering product marketing, manufacturing, or sales ? Strong background in telecommunications ?
