Coordinate special events and community relations programs to support merchandising efforts to the level necessary as outlined in the strategic plan; work with retailers to involve them as appropriate; track and produce results summaries to determine impact on center traffic and sales Coordinate ongoing research to support marketing and leasing efforts Establish a partnership with tenants to maximize individual store sales Other include daily administration duties/tasks as well as financial reporting and forecasting Qualifications B.A. /B.S. preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Experience in special events coordination, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Must be organized, results and detail oriented, goal driven and efficient Must have flexibility to work varied schedule including some evenings and weekends *Interested candidates please contact Misti Brice- Misti.Brice@am.jll.com Mall Management Office: Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Equal Employment Opportunity Please refer to job code 11819 when responding to this ad.
