- Perform general PMO activities including scorecards, performance measures/indicators, dashboards. - Assist in management of databases. - Coordinate actions with other Offices as required. - Process financial information and reports. - Communicate and report to senior level clients on a daily basis. *hj Required Skills - Experience working in a Program Management Office, Accounting Office, or Financial Office. - Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical and cost data. - Ability to read and interpret financial management policies, regulations, and directives. - Procurement/acquisition experience is a plus. - Solid written and communication skills. Desired Skills Policy and procedure writing, audit readiness, property, budget execution, training coordination for financial management, IG/GAO background, FFMS and/or Prism experience. Preferably Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) cleared. Education BS and 24 semester hours in one of the following disciplines: Accounting, Finance, Management, Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, and Math Experience Minimum of 5 years experience in conducting program management support activities Requirements Work occurs in a typical professional office environment and is sedentary in nature.
