Assist Federal client with Program Management Office activities and Financial Support activities within the CFOs department.*hj Required Skills - Minimum of 8 year experience in conducting program management support activities, including 4 years of specialized experience in financial management with demonstrated ability to supervise or lead a team of analysts ensuring that they are working in concert to automate complex business practices and meet requirements within the timeframe specified. - Ability to assess products and procedures for compliance with Government standards, accounting principles, and multi-tiered system application standards. - Ability to grasp interrelationships between financial management requirements and automation solutions, considering the current system environment, and the potential integration of added systems concurrently or later. - Ability to prepare milestone reports and presentations for colleagues, subordinates, and end user representation. Experience working in a Program Management Office function, Accounting, or Financial Office. - Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical and cost data and to read and interpret financial management policy, regulations, and directives. - Solid written and communication skills are essential. Desired Skills - Procurement/acquisition experience. - Experience with policy and procedure writing, audit readiness, property, budget execution, training coordination for financial management, IG/GAO background, FFMS and/or Prism. - Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) clearance. - A professional certification in either Project or Program Management. Education Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent and 24 semester hours in one of the following disciplines: Accounting, Finance, Management, Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, and Math (or other related scientific, functional, or technical discipline) Experience 8 years of related experience Requirements Work occurs in a professional office setting and is sedentary in nature.
