Job Description: SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for Heritage Harbor Health & Rehabilitation Center in Annapolis, Maryland. FACILITY SPECIFICS: * Beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility located in nice area * ACP Program in place including State-of-the-Art Modalities * Outpatient services provided * Fast paced subacute population * Outpatient program for Med B population * Large gym with full working kitchen and bathroom. * Productivity goal as a team is 85% JOB DESCRIPTION: A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates and treats residents and patients with temporary or long-term speech, hearing, swallowing, and cognitive disabilities in compliance with state and federal guidelines. QUALIFICATIONS: Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology. Current license in Speech Therapy as required by state law. Certification in clinical competency.
